Terms and Conditions
1) By accessing and using the 4eyez service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
2) The warranty term is 12 months and includes hardware and components.
3) An extended warranty is available at £79 per annum up to a maximum of 10 years. This must be concurrent and paid each year from year two of ownership.
4) Appointments for installation must be attended on the agreed date. Failure to give 72 hours’ notice of request to change will result in a default charge of £60.
5) 4eyez will not be responsible for any failure of process by a local authority or data controller.
6) 4eyez reserve the right to modify or change the hardware specification.
7) 4eyez will not be responsible for the lack of data collection through any driver not enabling the recording system whilst on duty.
8) 4eyez will void the warranty as a result of any external interference of hardware or aspects of the installation by unauthorised third parties.
9) The 4eyez solution is available for a one off payment, the payment could include the purchase of several optional, chargeable extras. 4eyez reserves the right to modify its commercial arrangements.
10) Should an I-Zettle or stripe facility be purchased or provided, 4eyez cannot be held responsible for any payment failure resulting from a lack of mobile operator network coverage, temporarily or permanently, within any geography.
11) 4eyez guarantees the integrity and security of the data collected by our 4eyes Taxi CCTV Recording Systems through industry-recognised encryption techniques. The data is not ordinarily accessible. In the event of an incident, the data can only be accessed by the Data Controller or 4eyez authorised personnel.
12) What Personal Information We Collect
4eyez collects your personal information online when you voluntarily provide it to us. If you choose to register online or in person, we ask you to provide limited personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number and/or email address. We also collect information that will allow you to establish a username and password if you would like to do that.
How We Use Personal Information
Internal Uses
We may use your personal information within 4eyez: (1) to provide you with the services and products you request or that have been ordered and/or requested by an agent acting on your behalf; (2) to answer questions about our services; billing, payment methods or use of our website; (3) to process or collect payments for our services, (4) to conduct customer surveys; and (5) to contact you about the products and services that we offer.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not disclose any personal information to any third party (excluding our contractors to whom we may provide such information for the limited purpose of providing services to us and who are obligated to keep the information confidential), unless (1) you have authorised us to do so; (2) we are legally required to do so, for example, in response to a court order or other legal process and/or, (3) it is necessary to protect our property rights related to our solution or website. We also may share aggregate, non-personal information about website usage with unaffiliated third parties. This aggregate information does not contain any personal information about our users.
How We Protect Information
We exercise great care to protect your personal information. This includes, among other things, using industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or receive from us. This is especially true for information you transmit to us via email since we have no way of protecting that information until it reaches us since email does not have the security features that are built into our websites.
In addition, we limit 4eyez’ employees and contractors’ access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors with a business reason to know have access to this information. We educate our employees about the importance of maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
We review our security arrangements from time to time as we deem appropriate.

From time to time, we may change this privacy statement. For example, as we update and improve our services, new features may require modifications to the privacy statement.
13) The 4eyez web site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; the site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
14) The 4eyez web site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 4eyez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
15) 4eyez reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
16) All pricing is excluding VAT
